Scope of application
For the use of this website as well as the business relations between Kramer Toys GmbH and its customers, the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply in the version that is currently available and valid when calling up the website or ordering goods. The term "customer" refers to any natural or legal person who maintains business relations with Kramer Toys GmbH. The General Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Delivery and Payment and the Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time. Kramer Toys GmbH asks you to read these terms carefully each time you visit the website and place an order.
These terms and conditions apply exclusively. Conflicting, supplementary conditions or conditions deviating from these GTC require the express written confirmation by Kramer Toys GmbH to be valid. The customer confirms with the use of this web page and/or with an order of goods these AGB including terms of delivery and payment to recognize comprehensively.
Should individual provisions of these GTC prove to be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Conclusion of the purchase contract
The purchase contract is concluded with the delivery of goods, not by the automatically sent order confirmation.
Retention of title & warranty
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price. The statutory rights of liability for defects shall apply.
Delivery and collection
We only deliver within Switzerland. From 100 CHF order value the shipping costs to Switzerland are waived. Up to 99 CHF the fee is 9 CHF per order. Shipping is via post.
Gladly ordered goods can be picked up within 7 days in Oftringen. We have no fixed opening hours, but goods can also be picked up in the evening or on weekends. Registration required via SMS/WhatsApp or email or via contact form.
Exchange and return
Before the return please contact us by mail info@pferdekram.ch or via contact form. The goods can be returned to Pferdekram within a 14-day period. The period begins with delivery of the goods to you. The form of repayment is with replacement goods or voucher. The costs and risk for the return are borne by the buyer.

- Item must be mandatory unworn, unwashed and in original condition with label(s) and be in the original packaging.

The goods can be returned to Pferdekram within a 14-day period. The period begins with delivery of the goods to you. The form of repayment is made with replacement goods or voucher. The costs and risk for the return are borne by the buyer.
Items excluded from return are:
- Items that are used / worn e.g. horse blankets, saddle pads (therefore, prefer to put an underblanket or clean sweat rug underneath to protect the new goods!)
- Reduced items, SALE items, items from special promotions (such as discount code, etc.)
- Feed, additional feed, already opened articles e.g. mane sprays

Complaints
We ask you to check the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible. Kramer Toys GmbH / Pferdekram is not liable for damage or loss by the postal / delivery service.
If the order is incomplete or the product is already defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately. Together we will find a solution.
The discounts within a promotion are valid only on stock goods and can not be claimed outside the specified periods.
Vouchers
For the redemption of the gift voucher on the website www.pferdekram.ch the general terms and conditions apply. Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per order. It is not possible to redeem a promotional voucher and a gift voucher together. If you do not need the full value of the gift voucher for your order, the remaining value of the gift voucher will remain on your personal gift voucher code. If the value of the gift voucher is not sufficient for your order, you can pay the difference with another approved payment method. Cash payment of the gift voucher is not possible. The validity of the voucher depends on the date written on the voucher. The company is not liable in case of loss, theft, damage or misuse of a voucher.
Privacy
The trust of our customers is important to us. We respect your privacy and protect it. We offers you the opportunity to visit our website and inform yourself without having to provide personal information. Personal data will only be stored if you register with username and password, e.g. for newsletter, customer area, promotions, etc. or if you want to receive deliveries and product information.
If you have provided us with your personal data for the above reasons, we will use it exclusively to process your order and the associated purchase contract, to answer your individual questions or to fulfill your other wishes, such as: granting discounts, participation in competitions, delivery of the newsletter. Anonymized data & cookies also support us to avoid risk and fraud or to improve the shopping experience for you and others or to improve our marketing.
Your data will only be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery of your goods and to the credit institution commissioned by us in order to be able to guarantee a smooth and quick processing of your payments.
